Refund Policy
At PeakPulse, we are committed to helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals. We understand that circumstances can change, so we’ve created a clear and fair refund policy to address membership cancellations, personal training sessions, and class bookings.
1. Membership Refunds
- Members who cancel their membership at least 7 days before the next billing cycle will receive a full refund for any future unused time.
- Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the billing cycle will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the billing date are non-refundable.
Note: Refunds apply only to monthly or annual memberships. Daily or one-time passes are non-refundable once used.
2. Personal Training Sessions
- Personal training sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
- No-shows without prior notice will also be considered non-refundable.
3. Fitness Classes and Workshops
- Classes or workshops canceled at least 3 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 1–2 days before the class may receive a 50% refund.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
4. Medical Cancellations
If you are unable to continue your membership or attend classes due to medical reasons, a partial or full refund may be provided. A medical certificate must be submitted within 7 days of your cancellation request.
5. Dissatisfaction with Services
If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us within 7 days of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve your concerns, which may include a replacement session, service credit, or in rare cases, a partial refund.
6. Special Promotions and Discounts
- Refunds on promotional memberships are subject to the same timeframes above but may exclude the promotional discount value.
- Any free items or sessions included in a promotion must be returned or will be deducted from the refunded amount.
